I thank the Virgin of Zapopan because after many years, when we couldn’t have children, she blessed us with the most beautiful baby we have ever seen. The baby is strong and healthy, and we are the happiest parents in the world.

My angora cat was very beautiful and delicate. So I had to chase all the stray cats that surrounded her away from her with broom. I didn’t want her to have kittens with these dirty ugly creatures. I give thanks to the Virgin of San Juan because doña Leti, my neighbor, was given a very beautiful male cat, and my kitty had a lot of cute furry kittens with him.

I thank St. Anthony because I married a widower, a father of four children. So now I have four kids without going through the horrors of giving birth, the sufferings I scared so much. I thank for this instant family. I loved them very much.

I thank because I gave birth to my child, in the way my ancestors did. And it went good. No medic wanted to deliver, and everybody kept telling me that risks are very high. So I had to go to my mother in the village and to give birth there. I entrusted myself and prayed for my son. Now I’m thanking you.
