I, Luis Villalba Ybañez, dedicate this retablo to Saint Andrew, because, despite of not having a very beautiful voice, I managed to convince the great Moncho, «The Gipsy of the Bolero», to record a LP disc in duo with me. We perform melodic songs on the disc. Also I hope I could go on tour through all South & Central America and the Caribbean.

Moncho (The King of the Bolero, The Gipsy of the Bolero) is a famous Spanish singer of bolero.

I give infinite thanks to Saint Thomas Aquinas because thanks to his intervention I met very virile and hairy man, just as I liked them. His name is Tomas, and we perform at the theatre with our poodle Lucero.

Audition for the rock opera “Jesus Christ Superstar”.

I dedicate this retablo to Saint Francis of Paola because at my debut night in the Savoy theatre I was frightened that there was no one in the audience. But it turned out that a very famous producer Andres M*ta bought up all tickets to my show and I had to perform only for him. Don Andres promised me that I’ll be a star and would have a tremendous success.

On behalf of myself and my friends, Hernesto and Germano, I, Rogelio Fernandez, thank Saint Rose of Lima for a necessary inspiration to create a very cute and successful travesty-act. So now we are in tour in the south of Mexico.

I dedicate this retablo to the Virgin Protectress for helping me to collect some money and buy a puppet for ventriloquism. Her name is Paulita, and I have a tremendous success with her. We have all the theaters filled where we appear with our performance of magic, dances, conjuring and mariachi music.

I thank the Virgin of the Solitude for the opportunity to perform in the concert. I had a great success and was offered various contracts afterwards. I thank the Virgin for her support.

The Lopez brothers went to the capital. After not finding any job there, they founded a mariachi band. They entrusted themselves to Saint Cecilia, and now they are popular and always in demand. The brothers offer this retablo in gratitude.
