On the day of Gilberto’s and mine wedding I ask the Virgin of Guadalupe for a sign that our marriage would be happy. When we went out of the church a lot of doves flew to us. I thank the Virgin of Guadalupe for this sign and for our present and future happiness.

Alberto and Marisa went to gather wood for the fire for the supper. It was already night time when, in the moonlight, they saw an enormous strange luminous animal. It looked like it was from a peyote dream. The children got scared first, but then they saw that it was harmless and friendly. They felt peacefully and happy standing next to it. This feeling has last for many years, and they thank the Virgin of Guadalupe for this adventure.

The music is a very important to our family, and it’s with us every day. Even our animals enjoy the music, and there are more singing birds in our garden than in any other. I thank the Virgin for such a harmony and because my children are also good musicians.

I went with some friends to the desert to eat peyote. I was far behind and got lost. I didn’t know how to come back home. But suddenly a deer appeared from nowhere. It shone with rainbow colors under the starry sky. It led me to the village and then disappeared. I thank the Virgin for this miracle.

When I lived in the town, the people complained about my animals, because they’re unusual and aren’t like ordinary pets. I thank the Virgin of Guadalupe because I inherited a country house from my great-aunt. We’ve become much more happier far away from people who treated us badly.

We were on the beach when suddenly a giant octopus came out the sea and was about to grab Mariana with its tentacles. But thanks to the Virgin of Guadalupe the music, that I played on the guitar, distracted the octopus and calmed it down. It listened while we slowly moved away with me keeping playing the octopus’ favorite melody.

A strange giant bird with teeth came every night to eat my chicken and rabbits. I protected them with the broom, but when I went to sleep, the bird always managed to stole some animals. I prayed to the Virgin of Guadalupe, and thanks to her intervention that prehistoric bird left my animals in peace and went back to the mountains where it had come from.
