Since I began my diet I felt somehow very uncomfortable walking. After losing little bit of weight I began to levitate unexpectedly. Sometimes it happened while I was sleeping, but other times it happened while I was cooking. Being up there I couldn’t remove the stew from the fire and it got burnt. I was really afraid it could happen outside on my way to the church and the people would think that I’m a loony flying like a balloon up there. I prayed the Virgin, and thanks to her I don’t rise up anymore. I only feel sometimes more lightness in my legs but they don’t take off from the floor.

Virgin of Guadalupe, I dedicate you this retablo because my brother the Angel of Tacubaya feels well. He had dislocated his shoulder after the flight form the third rope to win over the Devil of Merced and thus to triumph in that extreme fight.

One night I felt like I was flying. I saw that I had left my body and my spirit was drifting away. I tried to return but I couldn’t. I began to submerge into lethargy and let take me away. I thank the Virgin of Guadalupe because my cats felt that something was going wrong. They began meowing, touching me and licking my face. It reanimate my body, I came back and woke up.

Miguel Medina dreamt of flying from childhood. He admired angels and the Superman. Now he’s finally happy with his dream partially come true because he is a professional parachutist. He thanks the Virgin of Zapopan.

I live alone, with my cat and dog. Sometimes we are bored because nothing happens in our town. But the Virgin of the Rosary made us the miracle. She gives us wings at night, and we go to fly over the fields, and the immensity around is ours. Thanks to that we manage to remain optimists and keep great wish to work. We thank the Holy Virgin.

My son Gregorio was slightly crazy. He made himself wings from chicken feathers and jumped off the highest tree. I thank the Virgin of Zapopan for the miracle that he was able to flap his wings a little bit—enough to land without killing himself. Although he fell on a cactus and got hurt by the spines, he didn’t break his bones for which I infinitely thank.

When I was going back home on my bike, a demon came out from a manhole blocking my way. The Virgin of the Solitude made a wonderful miracle and gave me wings for time enough to fly over the demon and escape.

I bought some quesadillas with mushrooms for the dinner so we could have something light that won’t give us any nightmares at night. But I couldn’t imagine they were so light. I saw my children getting up in the air from their beds and floating into the window like feathers and flying up to the Moon. I was scared they would be lost in space, so I invoked the Holy Child with the Ball. He made the miracle so my sons changed their direction and flew back to the house and back to their beds. Then I tied and rolled them into the blankets so they wouldn’t fly out again.

My cats suddenly decided to fly around the house. I didn’t like it because it made me think that I was going crazy. I prayed the Virgin so that she’d bring the cats to their normal state. The Virgin made the cats came to reason, and now they walk on their paws like other animals.

When my son was sleeping he suddenly began to fly and flew out of the window.

(Can’t understand afterwards, but suppose that the neighbor with the pig caught the boy)

We thank the Virgin of Zapopan for letting us to witness an unforgettable scene of the annual flight of the witches to their gathering in Catemaco. The witches fly stealthy, and there’s very few people who saw them flying. But since it was full moon we could see them clearly, and it was marvelous.

I thank the Virgin of Guadalupe because at night she gives wings to me and to my cat, so we fly together over the towns and fields. These night flights calm me down, and my problems seem less serious to me the day after.

I was drowning in the world of problems and worries, but one night the Virgin sent me a wonderful dream in which I flew through the sky filled with millions of stars guided by two little angels. Before this starry immensity I saw that my problems weren’t so big. So now I’m living my life with much more optimism and serenity. I thank the Virgin of the Rosary.
