The Death on her steed started to chase us, when we were coming back home late at night. More we ran from it, closer it got. Suddenly the sky was split apart, and Saint Michael Archangel with his shiny sword went towards the Death, barring its way. Thanks to his intervention, we managed to escape and lock ourselves in the house. We give thanks.

On the road going down to the town, I noticed that my bus’ brakes went out. There was a christian with donkeys in front of me, next to a cliff at one side and stones at another. I didn’t know what would be worse, to kill this man with the donkeys or to crash my passengers. I entrusted myself to the Virgin of San Juan, and the man with the donkeys moved aside. I flew near him at high speed. I managed to brake at the end of the slope. I thank for I didn’t have to kill anybody.

1910, at the Sieneguilla ranch, a pair of oxen was stolen from Sebastian Aguilar. He prayed to Saint John the Evangelist and three days later he found them at the place called Ystaclala. Filled with faith and gratitude, he and his wife offer this retablo.

Sandra Martinez loved to ride her horse naked, because it aroused her. But one day her parents caught her and sent her to the city. She gives thanks to Saint Jerome for correcting her behavior.

I thank St. Quiteria for a rabid dog didn’t bite my daughter Catalina.

Dorotea Armendarez went to swim in the sea. She was swimming underwater when dozens of crabs pinched her body. She couldn’t free herself from these damned animals. She thanks Saint Barbara for helping her to come to the surface where she finally got rid of the crabs. She offers this retablo thanking for her saving.

Tuesday, November 3, Pedro Martinez was hit by a truck with sheep on board when he was coming back home with his mother Luz after gathering woods. His condition was bad. His mother thanks the Holy Virgin of Zapopan for the miracle that her son didn’t die and now is better.

I felt so lonely until one day the Virgin of Guadalupe sent me an abandoned kitten. [...] Now I have a lot of cats.

I thank the Virgin of Zapopan because my dog Casilda accepted stray kittens that came to my garden. The dog even licks them and let them climb on her, so I could give them milk and pet these poor abandoned animals.

The girl Ofelia Tellez was attacked by vampires while playing in a cave. She got rabies. Her parents thank the Virgin of Guadalupe for the timely medical intervention.

I thought I didn’t like pets. But one day someone left a basket full of kittens behind my house. They were so helpless, and my heart softened. I couldn’t leave them over there. I fed them and decided to keep the kittens for a while. But I loved them and felt attached to them. Now they keep me company, because I live alone with no family. I thank the Virgin of Guadalupe.

The don Roque’s dog was furious. One day my daughter came to his yard, and the animal jumped on her. But after it smelled the girl, the dog didn’t do anything to her. And I know this miracle was made by protection of Saint Quiteria.
