Juanito Corona dedicates this retablo to the Virgin of Guadalupe because El Santo won over Blue Demon at the Arena Mexico. Beside that, El Santo pared for my legs surgery for which I eternally thankful.

Since my childhood I loved the wrestling. My idols were El Santo, Blue Demon, Mil Mascaras. I dreamed that the I grow up I become a professional wrestler. I thank Saint Jude Thaddeus with this humble retablo because now, with many efforts and dedication, I’ve become a professional fighter. My idols will always be my source of inspiration.

We met in the wrestling and became a couple. We are very happy but we don’t take our masks off to keep the mystery. We thank the Virgin of Guadalupe for our big love.

Jasinto Ramirez, a wrestling fan to the bone, brings this retablo to Saint Pancras thanking him because he met in person El Santo and Blue Demon at the Constantino cinema’s arena in Puebla.

When I put this mask on I decided I’d never fight without her. I knew that in my career it’d be my life, my soul and my body, my good and my bad, my beginning and my end. All my life would become blue. And no one, not even my best friend would find out who I am and who is Blue Demon.

1952, I left my work. When I was walking down an alley in San Antonio neighborhood in Puebla I was attacked by a man who seemed to be crazy. I implored the Virgin of San Juan, and then the wrestler El Santo The Silver mask appeared. He saved me, and I give infinite thanks for that.

As promised, I bring this retablo to the Holy Child of Atocha for the miracle of winning my first mask for mask fight, taking down the tough Red Scorpion with a “hurracarana” throw. It was the most important fight in my career.

Historical Sunday it was for the wrestling. Thanks to his jumps the wrestler Holy Mask won over the Little Phantom and became the first ever champion among little people according to the World Wrestling Committee.
