San Pancracio

In 1939, my house was flooded with rats. I didn’t know how to get rid of them. Then my friend gave me two cats. I implored Saint Pancras, and the cats got done with the rats. I give infinite thanks for that.

The other night, I heard a lot of noice out of my garage. I got very scared that it might be a thief stealing my car that I’d just bought. I thank Saint Pancras for it was only my daughter making out with her boyfriend. I didn’t want them ruin my car, so I preferred to give them money to go to a hotel.

Maleno Romero had diarrhea and strong pains in stomach for several days. To such degree that when he was cross arm drinking with his buddy in the canteen he dropped a poop. Since no remedy would help him, he implored Saint Pancras, and was cured. He fervently thanks him for that.

Petra Godines thanks Saint Pancras with this retablo for that miracle that El Santo beat the Caveman Galindo when they fought in the “Constantino” movie theater, in Puebla, in 1954, because she bet her friend two turkeys.

The cowboy Bernabe Camargo mounted on a very angry bull and hurt his balls. No remedy would help to heal them, and then he implored Saint Pancras, and the balls were healed. He brings this retablo giving infinite thanks for this favor.

With the humble exvoto, I’d like to thank Saint Pancras because the talented actress Adrienne Barbeau did an excellent job in the classical movie “Escape from New York” in which she portrayed women who, apart from being beautiful, are also strong.

Doña Romanita Montiel felt very lonely, that’s why she implored Saint Pancras, and the next day a neighbor presented her to the painter Frida Kahlo who gave her a parrot. Now she’s not so lonely, and she’s infinitely grateful for that, although the parrot is very insolent.
