Señora Librada brings this retablo for the miracle of saving my cow. Hoof-and-mouth disease killed a lot of animals in the town of Real de Catorce, San Luis Potosi. But I entrusted my cow to Saint Francis.

The Jimenes sisters’ cow Jasmina had been lost. The cow was almost a family member for them. So the sisters were very desperate. They searched the cow for more than two weeks, and the neighbors kept telling them that Jasmina must had already been chopped for steaks. But thanks to prayers to Saint Francis of Assisi one morning the cow turned up calmly walking by the road. The sisters give thanks for this miraculous return.

Joaquin thanks the Holy Child from Atocha because UFO didn’t abduct him and the friend believed him and didn’t charge him for the missing cow.

The train came off the rails and was going to hit Salomon *** and his cows when the amazing miracle was happened. Salomon saw the angels coming down from the sky to stop the train and avoid the tragedy. No one died, no one was hurt. Salomon offers this retablo in gratitude.

Because of our lack of money, we couldn’t build a stable. And every time when it rained, my wife brought the cow in the house so that it wouldn’t get wet. I hated to see cow’s muzzle waking up. I prayed to the Virgin of Guadalupe for money for the stable, so now the animal sleeps over there.
