Aunt Clara left a house in countryside to my house. When we moved there, we found out, to our fear, that every night at 11:30 p.m., a ghost was coming out of the bathroom tap. The ghost was flying around the corridors, moaning and crying. Thanks to our prayers to the Virgin of Zapopan and tho requiem masses this soul rested in peace. We sleep calmly now and can use bathroom without being afraid of the ghost coming out.

Virgin of Guadalupe, I thank you, because the Black Cowboy saved me from the Death.

One year after I had become a widow, I married German. Then my other husband’s ghost began to appear to us at nights. It was moaning and frightening us. I prayed to the Virgin of Guadalupe so that she would rest his soul, and the Virgin made the miracle. Since November 2, 1966, he stopped appearing.

A ghost wants to marry me. Please help me, Holy Virgin!

I met Arturo few months after his wife had died at the day of their wedding. We fell in love, and, after waiting one year of his widowhood, we got married. But after coming back from our honeymoon I began to see his first wife’s ghost every night. She was furious and looked at me with so much hate. Arturo slept like a log and of course didn’t see any of this. And me—I was trembling in fear. Then I ordered a requiem mess for her soul. I thank the Virgin of Zapopan because the ghost hasn’t appeared ever since.

My wife and I rented a house which turned out to be filled with all types of ghosts. They were frightening us. We thank the Virgin of the Solitude for saving us from going crazy and the owner even gave us our deposit back.

We went to the grandfather’s ranch. There was no toilet in the house, so we had to go to use the latrine at the corral. That night, my daughters went there, and they saw a horrible ghost on their way. The poor children got sick from terror. I prayed to the Virgin of San Juan, and thanks to her the girls recovered from the fright very quickly.

We were going by the old road to Lagos de Moreno late at night, and the ghost of a bride appeared to us. She was wondering around looking for her groom. We were so scared, our hair turned white. But thanks to the Virgin of Zapopan’s medallions which our grandmother had given to us and which we had been always wearing on our necks the bride didn’t notice us. They said she takes all the men she met and drags them to her grave.

Juan Manuel Perez was playing hide-and-seek with other kids and saw a black cowboy in the granary. He appeared out of blue and said to the boy that he would tell him about treasures hidden in this very place. Juan got very scared and prayed the Virgin of Guadalupe. After that, the rider disappeared. Juan has grown up and now offers the Virgin this retablo.

My husband Filemon died many years ago. Nevertheless he has keeps visiting me every his birthday to taste what I cook for him since he always loved my food. I thank Saint Paschal Baylon for having made me such a good cook. And I thank for the opportunity to see my beloved husband, although in such peculiar manner, so I never forget him.

After I saw a ghost of a dead man I won’t touch ouija ever again.

One night my daughter and I went to visit my friend and bring her some jam. Suddenly the ghost of the woman drowned in the lake appeared to us. By the legend, she killed herself because of treason and now tries to grab people and drag them to the bottom of the lake with her. I grabbed my crucifix and prayed the Virgin of the Rosary to exorcise the apparition. The ghost seemed to get scared and disappeared. We thank the Holy Virgin.

That dark night in November, my family and I had to ride through the cemetery. We got scared as many skeletons, ghosts and dead men appeared to us. They looked threatening. We thank the Virgin of Guadalupe for her protection and because she gave our horse more speed so the dead didn’t get us.
