The beggar Susano Perez went to sleep in an abandoned house. But because of the rain the house collapsed. Susano thanks Saint Jude for escaping alive although badly injured.

Nepomuceno Carbajal smoked cigars for many years, and it was a hard work to rid of this bad habit. He asked Saint Jude for help and was able to stop smoking. He thanks for that.

Alma Rosa P. was in love with her colleague but didn’t know how to win him over. She devotedly thanks Saint Jude because one day she let him see her assets and it was enough. Now they’re lovers.

To the Holy Virgin of Guadalupe and to Saint Jude Thaddeus I offer this retablo so that they would help and protect the scavengers from the Bordo de Xochiaca dump where they bring waste and garbage from all over my city, the biggest in the world. In order to survive, they earn their living with dignity. I understood there’s no undignified job but undignified people. Remember that.

The gravedigger Ambrosio Ruiz was digging graves at night when he saw two skeletons who were dancing. He thanks Saint Jude Thaddeus with this retablo for they were only having fun and didn’t attack him.

Look, if I loved you for the hair,
now, when you’re bald, I love you not.

I bring this retablo to Saint Jude Thaddeus in gratitude for my friend Frida, the painter, has got an improvement and is having a positive attitude.

With the present retablo, I thank Saint Jude Thaddeus because they’re taking into account and recognizing the Mexican talents in the movie industry more then before, like in the case of my fellow compatriot Guillermo del Toro who won the Oscar for the best director of the fabulous movie “The Shape of Water”.

Felipe Guzman had an idea to have a romantic ride in a carriage. However, the horse got scared of something and ran. Felipe thanks Saint Jude with this retablo because they were able to calm the horse before getting in a accident.

Gregorio Meneses was sleeping why he felt something weird. He switched on the light and saw himself surrounded by enormous spiders. He entered into panic. He thanks Saint Jude Thaddeus for surviving this scare, and now he’s going through therapy.

I thank Saint Jude Thaddeus for saving my cows from a flying saucer that appeared while we were at a party.
