Morelia, Michoacan, 1953. When my husband got retired, he started to cook in order to occupy himself. He cooked so terribly, that we all had a stomach-ache. I was scared that he’d poison all of us. Thanks to Blessed Saint Paschal, my husband finally got bored with cooking and dedicated himself to gardening. I offer this retablo.

I thank the Blessed souls for having heard me when I asked for help I needed when I opened my grocery shop. Now the business is growing, and thanks for delivering me from haters.

But after few hours the dog Frida found him, and thanks to her his life was saved. I ask Saint Francis of Assisi, with this retablo, to protect and look after Frida and other rescue dogs who risk their lives to save ours at these catastrophes.
