May 2000, we went through the desert with a dream to get to USA and to make some money. After four days we understood that we were lost. We had no food, no water. We felt that death was near. We started to pray to the Virgin of Guadalupe to save us from dying like dogs, far away from our beautiful and beloved Mexico. We read Our Father and went to sleep. We were saved by some peasants who took us to Nogales, where the border is. We had no money, but we were alive. May you be blessed, Virgin! And to other Mexicans I want to say this: think before you go across the border because there is nothing better than our Mexico. Two chilangos are telling you.

I thank the Virgin of Zapopan for the friend request that Jaime sent me. I asked for it with all my faith, and now we are friends on Facebook.

I give thanks to the Lord of Hospital from Salamanca for the miracle of saving me from death in Celaya, April 1915. When we defeated Pancho Villa and his troops, the general Alvaro Obregon had his arm blown off by a grenade. And I was behind him. Realizing what happened, I ordered this retablo.

J. R. thanks Saint Anthony with this retablo because he met a girl who likes sadomasochism. And they are even going to get married.

The top shelf of my wardrobe was possessed by a horrible nagual who didn’t even let me take my new shoes. I prayed the Virgin of Guadalupe for her intervention so that she would deliver me from this evil animal. And June 4, 1959, it disappeared.

At dusk we witnessed the marvelous flight of the witches, who flew to Catemaco at their reunion that happens every year. We thank for this opportunity because it’s said that they are always travel invisible. But for some reason that night it was possible to see their spectacular flight.

I’m thanking the Virgin of Guadalupe for seeing with my own eyes the infidelity of my fiancée whom I wanted to marry. But because I saw her with another man, I left her and thus I escaped future infidelities.

The Virgin sent me a dream in which I was playing with a giant dolphin and felt so happy. After that dream I decided to study marine biology because I understood that it’s my vocation. Now I’m very happy with the sea animals. I thank the Virgin of Zapopan.

San Sebastian, we dedicate this to you because one year ago we met each other on a marvelous gay-lesbian manifestation. We have been a couple ever since. We live for each other, without prejudice. We are for this Coexistence (Law), because to be a homosexual is not a crime, but the discrimination is.

I dedicate this retablo to the Virgin Protectress for helping me to collect some money and buy a puppet for ventriloquism. Her name is Paulita, and I have a tremendous success with her. We have all the theaters filled where we appear with our performance of magic, dances, conjuring and mariachi music.

Guadalupe Gonzales liked to gossip so much that her neighbors got fed up and trashed her with brooms. She thanks Saint Raymond for this lesson and promises to reform.
