My daughter Laura loves to care about animals. Since she was little she fed all the stray cats and dogs that she found. She would’ve adopted them all, if I had permitted her. I think that being a veterinary is her vocation. I thank the Virgin of the Rosary because my husband has a good job and we can pay for her studies in the University to become a certificated veterinary.

My Pepito was a very naughty boy. He didn’t like to study at all. His teacher couldn’t stand him and was about to expel him from the elementary school. I thank the Virgin of San Juan because my boy changed a lot. Now he’s studying. Al least he scored 6 points in the exam, so he might pass to another grade, after three attempts.

Doña Rosa de Hernandez thanks the Virgin of the Rosary for bringing her daughter Marina to reason, so she finally accepted a proposal. She was almost 28 years old and was single, upon the pretext of studying or that nobody from her suitors is worthy of her. She even dumped a fiancé right at the altar.

I want to thank Saints Cosmas and Damian with this retablo for the miracle that the anatomy teacher Lupita de Barragan became passionate about my son Juan Luis and helped him to overcome his apprehensions and fears of flesh and tendons, and blood, and other things. So my son happily graduated as M.D. surgeon.

My friend Rebeca was going to get married under pressure of her parents. I thank Saint Barbara because few moments before the wedding I convinced her not to marry. I told her that instead of making the biggest error in her life she’d better come to live and study with me in the capital. We thank Saint Barbara.

The teacher of my kids, Luis and Maria, told me if they wouldn’t get better in math then they should repeat the grade. I was heartbroken and entrusted them to the Virgin of the Rosary. She worked the miracle and my kids got better in math and passed to the fourth grade.

My son David became a good for nothing hippy. He spent days smoking stinking cigarettes. I suspect it was marijuana. I prayed to the Virgin of Zapopan so that she would bring him to reason. Thanks to her he got a scholarship in the capital. Now he’s a good man.
