Pedro entrusted himself to the Virgin of Juquila, and, when the assailant came back again with a machete, he and his friend were waiting for him with pistols. The bastard ran away and never came back. Pedro gives infinite thanks for that.

The Day of the Dead, I decided to put an altar for my recently deceased wife and I cooked her favorite dishes. At night I heard some voice calling me. I went to the sitting-room and I saw, to my astonishment, that it was my wife scolding me for bad cooking and oversalting the food. I thank Saint Michael the Archangel for it was only that night when I saw my grumpy complaining wife, since she was also unbearable when she was alive.

With this humble retablo, I wholeheartedly ask Saint James the Apostle not to let Don Goyo to erupt. It’s been very active in the last months. Although we are used to its flames and ashes, we are afraid it wakes up because my family and I, we live very close to it.

Maleno Romero had diarrhea and strong pains in stomach for several days. To such degree that when he was cross arm drinking with his buddy in the canteen he dropped a poop. Since no remedy would help him, he implored Saint Pancras, and was cured. He fervently thanks him for that.

Petra Godines thanks Saint Pancras with this retablo for that miracle that El Santo beat the Caveman Galindo when they fought in the “Constantino” movie theater, in Puebla, in 1954, because she bet her friend two turkeys.

El Goyo Servantes was passing by the cemetery and met the spirit of his buddy who demanded to leave his wife in peace or he would take him out of this world. He thanks Saint Jude Thaddeus for his hateful buddy didn’t hurt him.
