My cats are my family and my friends. When I was moving in another house, they got lost on the way there. I don’t know how it happened. I was disconsolate. But don Pascual found them all, because they came back to the old house. I thank for that miracle because my old house was pretty far away.

I thank the Virgin of San Juan because my faithful dog led me to my best cows that had got lost. We were afraid they had been stolen, but they were calmly grazing eating grass.

I’d never had such an abundant crop of peaches like this year. The trees were loaded with peaches, and the fruits were big as oranges. I was very proud, but then suddenly came a flock of birds. There were hundreds of them, and they began to peck my peaches. I didn’t know hot to scare them away. They were ruining my crop. Then two dogs came and started barking so loudly that the birds flew away. I’m sure it was Saint Francis who sent me these dogs and worked the miracle of saving my crop. I adopted these dogs, and they guard my garden now.

The bicyclist Antonio Fernandez was going down the hill. A cow crossed his path, and he crashed into her. He brings this retablo to Saint Charbel thinking him for surviving the accident and being able to keep practicing his sport.

Gerardo Ochoa was sleeping in his bed when he was stung by two scorpions. He thanks Saint Anthony the Great with this retablo for curing him and promises to clean his house more often.

I was sleeping peacefully in my bed when I felt like floating. I opened my eyes and saw that I was being abducted by little purple extraterrestrials who were carrying me to their spaceship. Terrified, I invoked the Virgin of Zapopan, and the next moment my dog came and started barking furiously at the aliens. They got scared and dropped me. I ran to the house and locked myself inside. I was saved from horrible experiments these little men would have done on me.

I ask you to stop my wife from sleeping with dogs.

When Miguel Martinez was swimming in the sea, he had a congestion. He lost his senses and went to the bottom. But thanks to his devotion to the Virgin of San Juan the Virgin sent dolphins to help him. The dolphins took him out of the water and brought to the beach before he drowned. Miguel is infinitely grateful t the Virgin and offer her this retablo.

Herminio Perez thanks Saint Pancras for overcoming the fear of going out and walking his great danes. He is a little person, and everybody used to laugh and tell him that he should ride one of his dogs.

I went to camp in the mountains alone. The morning I was mortally terrified when I saw an enormous bear near my tent. I thank Saint Francis because the bear entertained himself with my beer cans and fell asleep afterwards so I could escape from this situation unhurt.

Irena and Rosa went to the market together. Suddenly an enormous bull came from an alley. He was probably escaped from its corral. He was in bad humor and began to chase the woman. They entrusted themselves to Saint Quiteria for they didn’t want to die being gored. The bull started to snort, and they got more scared. Rosa threw out her basket with vegetables, and the bull stopped chasing them and began to eat spinach and carrots. Irena and Rosa thank for they were saved.

When I began to foster stray dogs from the street, my neighbors didn’t like this idea and gave me bad looks. But the Virgin of Guadalupe came to help me and changed their mind. They got attached to the dogs and were moved by they sad eyes. Now the neighbors help me to take care of the dogs and bring them food. I thank the Virgin for this miracle.
