The bus driver Ignacio Becerra and his colleague saw a bright beam of light on their way to Tula. They thought it was another bus and sounded the horn. But then the light went up and they realized it was an UFO. The UFO quickly disappeared. They thank the Virgin of Guadalupe for that.

Eufimio Gonzalez thanks his guardian angel for protecting him while he was riding an angry bull. He found himself in danger, prayed to the angel and only got his testicles hurt. But they’re all good now.

All my family kept telling me that I have to lose weight. They told I was of at I’d never find a husband. I tried to lose some pounds, but I couldn’t do it. I thank the Virgin of Zapopan because, despite my weight, I’m always in cheerful mood, I laugh and sing. Thanks to that the most handsome guy in town fell in love with me. I can always make him laugh and he forgets about his problems. We had a wedding, we are happy, and the love has even helped me to lose some weight.

Carmen Sandoval left her son for a moment, and he got his hand into the stove. She thanks the Virgin of San Juan for his recovery and for saving his life from the burns.

Carmelo Contreras decided to participate in the town day contest. He entrusted himself to Saint Peter the Apostle and also asked Pedrito Infante for help promising to offer a retablo after the victory. His dream came true and he fulfills his promise.

Jasinta Barrales, being very drunk, fell down on her way out of the saloon. She was also very fat so they couldn’t pick her up. Her friend La Pitaya (?) thanks Saint Charbel for they managed to drag Jasinta to her shack and she wasn’t arrested.

The Martinez sisters went to the river for laundry. The water was warm so they decided to bath themselves also. Suddenly they found themselves surrounded by crocodiles. Thy came out of blue but thanks to the protection of the Virgin of Zapopan the sisters were able to get out of the water before being attacked and eaten by those giant creatures. They thank the Virgin.

I wanted to impress my neighbor whom I was attracted to. I climbed up a tree to bring her kitten down totally forgetting that I have a fear of heights. I thank Saint Pancras for the firefighters arrived to save me because I was so scared I couldn’t move. The cat meanwhile had come down giving me a great embarrassment. I promise not to pretend to be brave anymore to avoid being a ridicule.
