I was very happy taking the sun at the beach when suddenly hundreds of crabs surrounded me. They were getting closer and closer to me. I thought they were going to attack me all together at once so I jumped away very scared. But then I noticed that it was my radio attracting them. It seemed they enjoyed the music which was very beautiful by the way. I thank the Virgin for this miracle of saving me from being attacked and pinched by those melomaniac crabs.

A strange plant began to grow in my garden. Since it was beautiful, I let it grow. But it grew and grew, and one day it put the stems in the window and tried to catch me and my kids. I thank the Virgin of Zapopan because I had a coffeepot in my hand. I sloshed the hot coffee on the plant, and it let me free and went away. I called my husband, and he cut this plant by the roots. I thank the Virgin because we didn’t end up as a meal in the stomach of the plant.

Thank you, Virgin of Zapopan, because Chicharito scored his first goal on the 64th minute. He got a pass from Marquez, the defense stopped, Chicharito controls, he cuts to the goalkeeper Lloris from the right, shoots and go-o-o-o-oal! That’s how the triumph of Mexico over France began on June 17, 2010.

I loved to read poetry aloud to feel the resonance of the words. But my husband and children didn’t want to know a thing about poetry and ran away. One day I went near henhouse to read alone. Chicken and hens came to me and sat around to listen. Ever sine I go to read to the chicken, and it seems they are always enjoying the poetry. I thank the Virgin for the miracle of giving me this audience.

We went to spend some time in my husband’s rancho near Catemaco. The place is beautiful but little bit wild. One day my parrot—which was a gift from my husband—escaped, and I ran for him through the forest. The parrot was flying among other parrots, and I followed it carrying my baby so I was going slower and slower. Finally I caught the parrot. That moment I realized that we were lost. I was scared and asked the Virgin for help. She sent a group of monkeys. They were making a lot of noise but guided us to the house. I thank for this miracle.

Since my wife started her diet, she began sleepwalking at nights. She went to the kitchen and brought cookies, cakes and fruits in the bed. When she finished chewing this, she went to take more. In the mornings she thought it was me who brought all the food. She was very angry with me and didn’t believe me when I said it was her who brought everything. I thank the Virgin because my wife finished her diet because it didn’t work and she was even gaining weight instead. She stopped sleepwalking, and now I sleep calmly.

My son and I were going from town to town with our donkey selling oranges. One day we decided to take a cut through the desert and got lost. The sun was going down, and we heard hungry coyotes howling. I prayed the Virgin of Zapopan, and suddenly a bird of golden light appeared from the twilight. It guided us to the road to Fresnillo. I infinitely thank for this miracle that saved our lives.
