Thank you, Virgin of Guadalupe, for helping me to celebrate the 15-year birthday of my my daughter Teresita. Because of lack of money, I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to organize something for that special day.

I give thanks to Saint Martin the Cavalryman for the miracle that I’m selling all the carnitas I prepare, so I can make money for my daughter Chayito’s first communion. I’m even getting orders from the entire neighborhood.

Graciela Cervantes thanks the Virgin of Help because after 10 years of relationships her boyfriend Arturo finally proposed to her on her birthday, April, 16.

I give thanks to the Virgin of Zapopan for letting me arrive to my 29 years staying a virgin and overcoming the temptations of the flesh.

On the Senksgiving Night of current year of 2013 I kissed the Mariela’s boobs until red wine ran out of it.

It’s all like dedicated to the Miraculous Virgin.

The godfather of the Salinas’ kids gave to their parents a big and beautiful turkey for the holidays. But the kids loved it so much, and the turkey turned to be very obedient and nice, that the parents, instead of eating it, decided to keep the turkey as a pet. The kids thank Saint Francis for this beautiful present.

At the Christmas party in the neighborhood I drank a lot of punch with liquor. I didn’t notice how I got into the piñata event and there I was kicked right in the head. I give thanks to Saint Charbel for nothing bad happened to me and I got only the lump that disappeared within few days.

My fiancé Genaro and I had no money for the wedding. But he had a marvelous idea to get married during the Town Day holiday. So we had musicians and fireworks, and so many fun. And it cost us almost nothing. We thank the Virgin of Guadalupe.

I dedicate this retablo to Saint de Porres because with his intervention my son Vicentico and I were cured from terrible sores filled with pus and blood. And now we can celebrate my son’s birthday.

My husband took dance lessons for the 15th birthday party of our daughter Rosita. He danced very badly and was scared of making fool of himself. He even became sleep-walker. He waked up and danced humming some waltz tunes. I thank Our Lady of Zapopan because after the party, when he realized that he can dance, he stopped his sleep-walking.
