I thank Our Lord Jesus Christ for delivering me from those nightmares. I had this dream when the Death came to me and raped me. I was desperate but Our Lord miraculously saved me from this horror.

Inocencio Fernandez, being well drunk after consuming a lot of mezcal in the bar, began to see many skeletons around him. One of them asked Inocencio “Why you are alone?” It was the Death in person who tried to take him. He thanks the Lord of the Wonders for he could escape, running out of the bar, safe and sound before he died on that November 2. He promised to amend his ways.

Jacinta Valladares made a Day of the Dead altar for her dead relatives. The altar became so beautiful that the Dead herself came to look at it. Jacinta was very scared when she saw the Grim reaper in her home, and she promised to offer a retablo to the Virgin of Guadalupe if she’d save her of being take by the bonny Death. The Virgin put a light ray, and the Dead went away. Jacinta completes her promise with this retablo.

My husband was a very happy man, and he filled my life with happiness. But he used to eat a lot, and it was a cause of his death. I was grieving so deeply, I was crying and praying to the Virgin of Zapopan to have pity on me and to let my husband visit me at night before I go to sleep. And my husband began to appear to me, all glowing. When he laughed, the shiny stardust fell from him. I thank the Virgin because my husband’s visits turned me back to life, and I’m happy again.

When Elisa and I were engaged, she was so jealous that on the day of the wedding, after the banquet, she was on edge and she died of indigestion. Three years later I decided to marry again. I met a nice beautiful girl, and we got married. After our honeymoon, when we were back, my first wife Elisa’s ghost began to appear in our bedroom. She was furious and stared at us with anger. I was frightened, I prayed the Virgin of Zapopan. Moreover, I took some holy water form the priest and sprinkled it over the house. It, probably, helped, and the Elisa’s soul rested in peace. I thank because now we can sleep at ease, without her accusatory glance.

After my wife died, I felt very consulted when she began to appear to me at the nights. But she talked a lot every time. She could chatter all night long. I was desperate that I couldn’t sleep. So I asked the Virgin of Guadalupe to rest my wife’s soul in peace. And the Virgin heard me. My wife doesn’t come to me anymore, and maybe she found someone to chatter in the heaven.

Holy Child of Atocha, I thank you for all your favors. It happened so I went to gather some food for a sick cow a day before I had to give birth. I gathered a very heavy basket, that’s why my contractions began while I was doing my laundry. Thanks goodness, my friend Ramona was near and she helped me. I was very sick, but the worst part was that a baby died. I thank the Holy Child for consoling me.

All the fellows from my band died in an accident. Then their skeletons began to visit me and play instruments in my room because they were jealous that I am alive. I prayed for their souls to the Virgin of Guadalupe and she made them rest in peace. So I finally can sleep also in peace.

The young lady Maria Elena Gutierrez’s boyfriend was very jealous. He even threatened to beat her. She thanks Saint Francis for ridding herself of him since he was hit by a car and died. She asked to forgive her for being glad about it.

On the All Saints’ Eve I went for water and saw the Death in the well. Frightened, I closed my eyes and prayed to the Virgin of San Juan. When I opened my eyes, the Death wasn’t there. It didn’t appear to me anymore, and I thank the Virgin for that.
