With great devotion, the foreman Catalino Flores and his fellows from the construction thank the Lord of Chalma with this retablo for helping them to get save till the Holy Cross Day and celebrate it with a big feast, and also for protecting and helping them and always giving them work.

Being under the influence of drugs, El Pancho took out his pistol and shot El Abel. Seeing him in danger of dying, we entrusted him to the Lord of Chalma, and he saved his life.

The night of November 2, I was taking care of some tomes at the cemetery. I received a great shock when I saw with my own eyes a dead man who opened his casket and was ready to get out of it. I prayed the Lord of Chalma for protection and could escape safely. Next time I’m offered a job at the cemetery, I’d rather refuse.

Antonio gives thanks to the Lord of Chalma because his buddy didn’t notice him hiding under the bed. He was sleeping with his friend’s wife but now he’s repented and promises not to do it again.

Rogelio Diaz went to Chalma and there he saw an enormous UFO hanging over the valley. The UFO was 50 meters in diameter and hanged up in the air for 30 minutes. He thanks the Lord of Calma for his divine protection and brings this retablo.

Lord of Chalma, thank you because my wife with my kids have returned to me. She left me because I used to get drunk, to spend all days in the bar and to beat her and kids, when I came home. When I was all alone, as a dog, I realized I couldn’t live without them. I stopped drinking and begged her with tears to come back. There have been 10 years without me drinking.

I was thinking about my boyfriend and lost the sense of time while dying the client’s hair. When I saw what I’m doing, the lady’s hair were already green. I was scared she would yell at me, so I prayed the Lord of Chalma. He heard me, and the lady believed me when I told her that it was a last fashion trend. She was so happy, she even tipped me.

Following the family tradition, I participated in the Huejotzingo carnival ever since I was a child. But after a grave accident I couldn’t walk anymore. I prayed, with al my faith, to the Lord of Chalma, and he granted me healing. This year, I’m back again to participate in the celebrating of the carnival. I’m eternally grateful for that.
