The neighbor cat came to sit at the wall fence with her kittens. My daughter took a chair and climbed the wall to play with them. While playing, Juanita lost her equilibrium and fell on the broken pot. She cut her arm and leg. Seeing her all in blood, I prayed the Holy Child the Savior for help. Thanks to him the cuts weren’t so deep so there was no need for stitches.

Isabel Morales prepared such a delicious mole de caderas that even her late husband came to try it. She thanks God for having seen her husband.

With all my heart, I ask the Saint Lord of Chalma to bless our way so we could get to the USA, without being caught by the immigration police, and to fulfill our American dream to work honestly and to earn some dollars to support our family which stays in Mexico.

I bring the present retablo to Saint Jude Thaddeus for the miracle that I managed to buy a little car for myself, although I have to pay by installments. But it was a real martyrdom to run after the minibuses every day. And the worst part was that they were always crowded and I had to put up with smelly armpits and body sweats as well as elbowing and stomping.

Susana Romero loved dogs, and she became a dog instructor. The thing have been going very well for her, so she dedicates him the present retablo to Saint Francis in sign of her gratitude.

Mercedes Ramirez wholeheartedly thanks the Virgin of Guadalupe for the miracle that her husband Juan came back from the United States to spend Christmas and New Year with her and their two little kids. He was gone for entire year, and they couldn’t see him and missed him very much.

Pedro F. and Susana J. fulfilled their fantasy of having sex on top of a pyramid. They thank Saint Jude Thaddeus for nobody saw them and they managed to conceive a baby which was born charged with energy.

My father was a craftsman who dedicated himself to making puppets. When I was a little boy, I loved them very much and played with them. I dedicate this humble retablo to Saint Jude Thaddeus thanking him because I inherited the secret of making these puppets and I’m going to pass it to my children.

J. L. and J. B. were a couple. One day they got an idea to have sex in the lift. With great devotion, they thank Saint Pancras because they conceived their first child that day. Now they are very glad and happy.

Some martians moved in the house near us. I was scared, but then, after knowing them better, I saw that they are very nice and generous persons. Our families get along very well. I thank the Virgin for such wonderful neighbors.

I went to the river to do the laundry. But since it was very hot, I laid down to sleep on the beach, in a shadow where it felt cool. I was dreaming of a handsome man who looked me in the eyes while talking about love. When I woke up I saw that it was a crocodile who was looking in my eyes. It was very close. Thank heaven for giving me fast reflexes. I instantly got up and ran far away before the animal did something to me. Later I came back for the clothes. I thank for I wasn’t eaten.

August 4, 1977. I give thanks to the Virgin of San Juan for saving my son fro dying when he fell from the tractor right under the wheels and I ran him over.
