The little boy Felipe Lopez had a marvelous idea to put a knife in at a socket. He was hit by a current. His parents thank the Virgin of the Solitude because, despite their son stuttering, nothing serious happened. They ask for his quick recovery.

Gilberto Mendoza went for a picnic with his family. Suddenly his son was attacked by a deer which kicked him up in the air. Thanks to Saint Charbel the family managed to scare the deer away and his son suffered only minor injuries.

A ghost used to appear from the well and to scare the children so they were afraid of taking water until I prayed to the Holy Child of Atocha. The saint worked the miracle and sent the soul from the well to the heaven so she scare nobody anymore.

The Alicia’s puppy fell off the cliff but hold on a small ledge. Alicia tried to save him but instead she also slid down on her belly and couldn’t get out. Thanks to the Virgin of Zapopan the neighbor saw them and pull Alicia up by her leg. The girl and the puppy were saved. They thank for that.

My sister left her son with me for a week. I thank the Virgin for giving me enough strength and patience to endure all his misbehavior.

Mrs. Luz Maria Fernandez was so angry with her son, she grabbed his ear and almost tore it off. She thanks Saint Charbel for she went in prison for a few months. She promises to amend her ways.

When my children and I were crossing the waterfall our mule fell off the cliff. We thank Holy Child of Atocha for it was caught by branches and the saint gave us enough strength to pull it up. I have no other explanation but miracle that I did it only with the help of my kids.

The Santo Tomas inhabitants thank because the fair finally came to their town, as all the years before. Everybody, and especially kids, enjoy very much the carousel.

June 15, 1968, I was buying vegetables at the market, when a crazy woman stole my baby. I was crying desperately and prayed to the Virgin of San Juan. I was lucky because two market women caught that crazy woman and brought my baby back. I thank the saint patroness.

The teacher Lupita got married and left the school. A new teacher that replaced her didn’t teach the children at all. The mothers thank the Virgin of Guadalupe because the teacher Lupita felt sorry for her pupils and decided to come back to the school. After all she is a very good teacher.

I bought my son Manuel rain boots. He was so happy, he walked through the puddles. But one puddle turned out to be a deep pit, and he fell in it. I thank the Virgin of Zapopan for other children who were on their way to the school saw what happened and helped Manuel to get out. Otherwise, he would have drowned. I offer this retablo in gratitude.
