It was a very hot day so my daughters went to do their homework under the big tree on the hill. They didn’t know there was a wasp honeycomb on a lower branch. When they touched it by accident, the wasp came out very furious. The girls entrusted themselves to Saint Barbara, and the saint protected them. They ran to the house without even one sting. We give thanks for this miracle.

The carpenter Facundo Meneses thanks Saint Francis with this retablo because he had to work for the artist Frida and repaired some furniture for her. She was very satisfied.

Since my childhood I loved the wrestling. My idols were El Santo, Blue Demon, Mil Mascaras. I dreamed that the I grow up I become a professional wrestler. I thank Saint Jude Thaddeus with this humble retablo because now, with many efforts and dedication, I’ve become a professional fighter. My idols will always be my source of inspiration.

Claudia Perez got pretty drunk and, acting crazy, had a brilliant idea to have sex with her step-dad. But her mother caught them and kicked her out of the house. She thanks Saint Martha with this retablo because she has sobered up and promises to be a better person.

Everyone in our family has a musical talent which we are very proud of. However, we were highly disappointed in our son Mario who hadn’t inherited a good ear for music and is awful in playing the instrument he chose. He hadn’t inherited my wife’s wonderful voice as well. He sings horribly. But his teacher has discovered that he’s a mathematical genius. We thank the Virgin of San Juan for our son has some talent.

When I was swimming, a mermaid began to call me to join her at the bottom of the sea. Before this danger, I entrusted myself to the Virgin of Guadalupe, and thanks to her could escape from the mermaid’s chant.

I thank the Virgin of Zapopan because after so many years my children and my grandchildren finally come to spend the Christmas with me. I clean from the Nativity scene figures from dust, and my husband gets a beautiful Christmas tree. I’m so happy to decorate it with my grandchildren, like I did with my children at the times. Thanks for so many happiness and love.
