My sons’ dog liked to go on trips with them. But because it is very fat and clumsy one day it stubbled and fell. We thank the Virgin of Zapopan because the boys saved the dog and the poor animal wasn’t hurt too much.

My dog was very hungry because with so many work to do I forgot to feed it. The animal pulled the mushroom soup on the floor and ate a lot of it. But afterwards it got sick. It seems there was a poisonous mushroom in the soup. I thanks Saint Paschal for the pet doctor gave serum and other medicine to the dog and saved the animal. Because I love this dog very much and it keeps my company.

When I became a widow, I decided to get retired. I devoted myself to embroider and to care about my dogs. But one day the devil appeared and whispered in my ear some sinful ideas. Then I started to look with lust at the pharmacist Manuel and even on our priest. When I realized my distress, I prayed to the Virgin of Zapopan. Thanks to her inspiration I accepted the doctor Vazquez’ marriage proposal. Now I think only about him. And I thank the Holy Virgin for saving me from the devil.

The kitchen was filled with bats. I was afraid that they were vampires and they would suck our blood. I prayed to the Virgin of San Juan for protection. Thanks to her these animals finally left our house. Although I think they bit our dog, thanks to the Holy Virgin it didn’t get rabies, nor did become a vampire-dog.

My girlfriend’s parents didn’t like me visiting her. So I secretly started to climb a ladder to get to her balcony. But one night my mother-in-law accidentally pushed the ladder when she opened the kitchen window to scare some barking dogs away. I thank the Virgin of the Rosary, because my mother-in-law was smitten with remorse, and now, because of feelings of guilt, she let me visit my girlfriend whenever I want to.

I thank the Virgin of Guadalupe for giving me the determination to quit my office job and to go to work with my dog in the circus. That’s what I really enjoy to do, so now I’m happy.

Ofelia Carrasco thanks Saint Francis because her lost puppy was found in the dirty river, so now everybody calmed down.

Since my children went away, I felt so lonely. One day I adopted an abandoned puppy that arrived at my doors. He gave me so much joy. I thank the Virgin of San Juan, for now I have 11 stray dogs living with me. They brighten up the loneliness, give me their love and protect me from thieves.

I thank God for helping me to cure the sick animals that people bring to me. I always entrust myself to St. Anthony the Great, and thank to him I have patience to foster the sick.

A dog chased a group of girls from the Saint Martin school. Then the dog bit them. The mothers of the girls thank the Virgin of Zapopan because the dog was caught and the examination showed it wasn’t rabid.

Zapopan — August 4, 1963

August 2, 1959, the dog of the little girl Angelita Torres was hit by a car. The dog was badly injured, but the girl prayed about it to the Virgin of Zapopan. The Merciful Virgin heard her prayers. Angelita thanks.

I thank Saint Anthony because I married a good man who loves me and the animals. He accepted me with my monkey, two dogs, two cats and my little bird. Now we’re all happy on his ranch.
