My daughter was born with a strange illness that stopped her from receiving the sunlight. We had to organize a nocturnal life for us. It was little bit difficult at the beginning, but then we got used to it and built a beautiful world under the moonlight. We keep cats instead of dogs, we have an owl instead of canaries, we grow impossible plants and instead of sunbathing we are moonbathing. I know when the moment comes my beautiful daughter will meet a man who will be willing to share this world with her. I thank the sky for we are happy in spite of everything.

On our way back from the town of Carrizo del Valle, I decided to take a rest with my children Maria and Lucas. Suddenly we heard a loud noise and saw that the donkey that carried the provision fell from the cliff. We ran to help him, we pulled the rope as strong as we could but the donkey was too heavy. I felt that my strength oozed away, and I prayed the Holy Heart of Jesus. And the donkey managed to come up safe and sound.

I thank the Holy Heart for such a great good deed. I was on a trip to the Skull island in the Pacific looking for new species. There we caught an incredible huge ape called King Kong. We took him to New York to show to the people but he escaped leaving deaths and destruction. He grabbed me, without hurting me, and took me with him to the top of the highest skyscraper in the city. He was shot down, and my life was saved.

On September 19, 2017, there was a terrible earthquake in Mexico, and my brother was trapped under the debris of the collapsed building where he lived. But after few hours the dog Frida found him, and thanks to her his life was saved. I ask Saint Francis of Assisi, with this retablo, to protect and look after Frida and other rescue dogs who risk their lives to save ours at these catastrophes.

I’m infinitely grateful to my Mother Virgin of Guadalupe for her favor and help that day when I was swimming in the beautiful Caribbean sea and an enormous octopus with one demonic eye tried to take me. I implored you, and the octopus let me go, and I could get to the coast safely.

Jeronima Tiomitzi was carrying a jug full of pulque, and when she passed near a damned mule she received a kick in her coccyx. She gives thanks to the Child of Atocha for she has been recovered and the owner of the mule has repaid for her jug and pulque.

Eduardo Varela went to swim in the river during his excursion. There he saw that he was about to be attacked by two enormous crocodiles. Finding his life in danger, he entrusted himself to the Virgin of Guadalupe who protected him so he could get out of the water and escape from those horrible animals. He offers this retablo in gratitude.
