One evening I was coming back from the town and a tremendous downpour began. Suddenly, a lightning struck and scared the horses in the corral. One of them jumped over the fence going over me. I thank the Virgin of Zapopan for the horse didn’t hit me, and I only got scared.

The young man P. M. got so drunk and overdosed he decided to pass through the wall. He thanks for he was taken to the hospital after that accident. He promises to amend his ways and to get out of the bad habits.

The Alicia’s puppy fell off the cliff but hold on a small ledge. Alicia tried to save him but instead she also slid down on her belly and couldn’t get out. Thanks to the Virgin of Zapopan the neighbor saw them and pull Alicia up by her leg. The girl and the puppy were saved. They thank for that.

Pedro Gomez thanks the Virgin of Guadalupe for saving his brother Jesus form dying when he was hit by a truck with failed brakes.

Petra Sanches was making a mole on her kitchen and in the moment when she was grinding chili pepper she accidentally caught her tit in the mortar. She bruised it badly, and she implored to Saint Paschal and got cured. She gives thanks with this retablo.

August 1925, Pancho Lopez was practicing throwing a lasso near by Zacatlan, and he hurt his balls. Since no remedy helped him, he asked Holy Child of Atocha for help. It helped, Pancho got cured. He thanks for that with this retablo.

When my children and I were crossing the waterfall our mule fell off the cliff. We thank Holy Child of Atocha for it was caught by branches and the saint gave us enough strength to pull it up. I have no other explanation but miracle that I did it only with the help of my kids.

I bought my son Manuel rain boots. He was so happy, he walked through the puddles. But one puddle turned out to be a deep pit, and he fell in it. I thank the Virgin of Zapopan for other children who were on their way to the school saw what happened and helped Manuel to get out. Otherwise, he would have drowned. I offer this retablo in gratitude.

Thank you, Saint Jude Thaddeus, for all your favors. It started raining, and I, on my way home, had to cross the river. The rain was getting stronger, and I couldn’t get out of the current. My horse and I, we tried another time and got out but the horse stumbled and fell on me. My rib was broken, but I got better after I had an operation.
