I lived happy with my cats, but sometimes we had no food because my salary was very small. Also I needed a man. I thank the Virgin of Guadalupe because I met a milkman Jose, who proposed me. He is a very good man. He sheltered us. He loves me, and my cats don’t starve anymore, because they have fresh milk every day.

When I was on vacation in Veracruz I met Martin. We had such a good time together that I fell in love with him. But I was afraid he would reject me. So I prayed to the Holy Child of Atocha for a miracle, and Martin agreed to live with me at my house. He knew that I’m not a woman, and still he accepted me as I am. Here I‘m showing the day we met. It is a year since that wonderful day.

I give infinite thanks to Saint Thomas Aquinas because thanks to his intervention I met very virile and hairy man, just as I liked them. His name is Tomas, and we perform at the theatre with our poodle Lucero.

I dedicate this retablo to Saint Isidore the Labourer. In spite of staying in the hospital with horrible pains in my liver a cause of cirrhosis, I’ve met a very pretty nurse, although she has the small head. She gives me cigars and lends me her electric shaver.

I give thanks to Saint Sebastian because I met Javier in Cancun. We found friendship and understanding in each other. We passed an unforgettable evening on the beach together. After knowing that I am gay, he agreed to live with me. Now we live our happy life with no fear of public opinion, because this is the life.

I give thanks to the Virgin of San Juan for bringing a great love in my life. When I already thought that my heart was dry and that I would never love again, this wonderful man came to my life. He made my heart beat fast again, and all around me got flourished and illuminated.

I dedicate this retablo to the Miraculous Virgin, because thanks to her I met a group of very nice friends who invited me to drink sparkling wine with them. Then they tattooed all my body for very little money, and after they gave me a nice hat.

Thank you, Saint Jude, for the incredible vacations in Zipolite that hot summer in 1986 when I met Vero[nica].

I’ve ordered this retablo dedicated to my Virgin of Carmen (Lady of Mount Carmel) because since I became a widow my house needed a lot of repairs. But I met a very good man in the store. And he didn’t charge me for changing the window in the room of my daughter Rosita. She also liked him very much.

Saint Jude Thaddeus, thank you for your favors.

At one party, I met a Victor. I fell in love with him, and three months later he asked me to move in his place and live together. After that the nightmare started. He was very jealous and drank a lot. One time I met my friend form the childhood and said hello. And Victor went mad. He was furious, and when we arrived at home he beat me with a plank and chained me up. Next day, when he went at work, I tried to get free from the chain. I grabbed my personal things in a hurry and ran to my parents. We don’t want to report on him because we’re frightened he could harm us.

I was on summer vacation in Acapulco, and I went to dive. As usual, I had a bad luck and my foot got stuck in corals. Thank God, no less than the Mexican Scuba Diving Champion was passing near by. He was gallant enough to offer me his oxygen tank, and now he’s going to marry me.

When I was on vacation in Veracruz I met Martin. We had such a good time together that I fell in love with him. But I was afraid he would reject me. So I prayed to The Holy Child of Atocha for a miracle, and Martin agreed to live with me at my house. He knew that I’m not a woman, and he accepted me as I am. And now here I‘m showing the day we met. It is a year since that wonderful day.

My life was a chaos. Although I was a good wrestler, I wasn’t happy, until one day The Green Mask made me understand that I was gay. It cost me a lot to accept this, but now I’m happy, and we with the Green Mask have a beautiful relationship. I thank the Virgin of Guadalupe for sending him to me.
