Virgin of Guadalupe, protect all those immigrants who passed like this through your Mexico. They are also your children and they are looking for their dream which they cannot achieve in their country. Get them well to their destiny, the Mistresses are asking you about them. Thank you!

The other night, I heard a lot of noice out of my garage. I got very scared that it might be a thief stealing my car that I’d just bought. I thank Saint Pancras for it was only my daughter making out with her boyfriend. I didn’t want them ruin my car, so I preferred to give them money to go to a hotel.

Blessed God, I offer you this retablo for not letting me die when I drank that damned poison after having got an illness that looks like aids. I could’t stand the idea of dying from it, I got scared and that’s why I took this decision. But I was saved, and I was told the news that there’s a cure from my illness.

I give infinite thanks to Saint Anthony of Padua for granting me with the miracle of finding my love. In my age, I was ready to remain a old maid, but then one day Vicente came to my life. Now, when we are married, I’m very happy and I understood that love knows no age.

In 1917, in the town of San Lucas, my buddy caught me on the mat with his wife. He started to shoot at us. I give thanks to the Virgin of Guadalupe because bullets didn’t hit me. She took them all.

I dedicate this humble retablo to Saint Jude Thaddeus thanking him for having a job as a piñata maker. In spite of living in modern age and passing of time, this beautiful tradition of piñatas goes on and I can keep on making them as my father and grafter taught me.

Good harvest!

Thanks to saint Jesus Malverde for giving us our marijuana crop. We sold it at a good price and we’ll buy cows and piglets.
