My agaves were possessed by maguey demons. They didn’t let me gather the maguey sap. So I prayed to the Holy Virgin, and she turned them into stones. Now the stones demons are very popular among the tourists. They come to see them, and I sell pulque to the tourists.

I give thanks to Saint Sebastian because I met Javier in Cancun. We found friendship and understanding in each other. We passed an unforgettable evening on the beach together. After knowing that I am gay, he agreed to live with me. Now we live our happy life with no fear of public opinion, because this is the life.

I give thanks to the Virgin of San Juan, because she saved us, so the rabid dogs, that we met behind the market, didn’t bite us.

Juan Antonio Ruiz Callo played with my husband’s pistol and deadly wounded himself. I was going to warn him and saw him shot. I implored to Saint Juadas Thaddeus for his life. The bullet went very close to the heart, and he survived. I offer this retablo for the miracle.

The doña Paca’s tavern was very popular until one day a new joint opened up near by. They had a jukebox and offered free soft drinks and bread to the meal. Nobody came to doña Paca anymore. She was desperate, so she entrusted herself to Saint Francis. And a miracle happened right before her eyes. Giant cockroaches came from a garbage can and went in a line to the new tavern. So now the people prefer the doña Paca’s tavern again. She thanks her saint promoter.

Our new neighbor had an enormous and angry dog that scared my cats. I was afraid that one day it could kill one of them. So I prayed to the Virgin of Zapopan for protection, and thanks to her the neighbor didn’t stay for long here. He found a much better house on the other side of the town. He moved there, delivering my cats from his beast.

I give thanks to the Virgin of San Juan for bringing a great love in my life. When I already thought that my heart was dry and that I would never love again, this wonderful man came to my life. He made my heart beat fast again, and all around me got flourished and illuminated.

Juaquin Ponce had an accident while stowing boxes. They fell on his legs, so he could remain cripple. A tube hit his head as well, so he knocked out. He dedicates this retablo to the Holy Child of Atocha to tell what happened and to let all know about the miracle.

When Adelaida Fernandez was coming back from the market, she was hit by the baker on the bike. The hit was so hard that she flew up in the air. She thanks the Virgin of San Juan because miraculously she fell on the lawn and didn’t get injured and only had some bumps.

Pedro Garcia fell off the horse and didn’t come to consciousness, because he hit his head on stones. His brother Raul was scared and prayed to the Virgin of Zapopan so that Pedro would recover his consciousness. And he did, and he didn’t die.
