I went to take the tray with the breakfast for my mummy who was sick. When I was coming down the stairs and seeing that she hadn’t eaten anything. I didn’t notice the Jorgito’s ball. I slipped and fell in a very bad manner. I couldn’t move. I prayed the Virgin of Zapopan to not remain paralyze. And she worked the miracle. I only felt some pain and had few bruises.

The shop owner S. R. came to her shop and found her daughter having sex with the manager. She thanks Saint Raymond because it was she who saw them and not someone else. Also she thanks for her daughter didn’t get pregnant.

Because of rumors my father didn’t accept my boyfriend and even forbade me to see him. But I still met with him secretly. However, one night my father caught us in my bedroom. He was furious, he grabbed his pistol to shoot my boyfriend. I implored Saint Raymond Nonnatus to not let a tragedy happen. The pistol misfired, and my boyfriend managed to escape. Afterwards, I spoke with my father, and he finally accepted our engagement. Now he doesn’t believe any rumors, and I thank for that with this ex-voto.

Some bastards came to sing serenade to my daughter when she was home alone. They wanted to seduce her, but thanks to the Virgin of San Juan’s intervention I came right in this moment and chased them away with bullets. Fortunately, I didn’t shoot anyone, only scared them. My daughter didn’t lose her honor, and I thanking for that with this retablo.

My parents forced me to marry a rich landowner whom I didn’t love. However on the day of the wedding, Jesus Lopez, whom I always loved, came back to the town. He abducted me right in front of the church and took me on his horse. I thank the Blessed Sacrament because we’ll be happy now.

I was born and grew up with a sexual contradiction suffering jokes, insults and humiliation. My family was ashamed of my feminity, but it’s not my fault that I was born like this. Tired of constant bullying I left my home. I studied and fought. I live my life, and I’m happy. Maybe one day I’ll be understood. But now I’m grateful to Saint Sebastian for this surgery that changed my life.

Micaila Perez almost made the mistake of running away with her boyfriend who was a criminal. Her mother, Demetria Pantoja, prayed to the Lord of Chalma. He showed his protection making the daughter to reconsider it. Mother thanks for this.
