Margarita Peña was very nervous because of the arrival of her parents-in-law, who were coming from the capital. She broke the saucepan with the shrimp soup and burned the stew. Finding herself in such a disaster she entrusted herself to the mercy of the Virgin of San Juan. The Virgin made the parents-in-law miss the train and arrive the next day. Margarita gives thanks to the Virgin.

My friend Rebeca was going to get married under pressure of her parents. I thank Saint Barbara because few moments before the wedding I convinced her not to marry. I told her that instead of making the biggest error in her life she’d better come to live and study with me in the capital. We thank Saint Barbara.

Tenk you, Louse Herrera for saving me from the fight with my parents when yesterday I came home late wearing only my underwear. I entrusted myself to you, and you cursed them so well. So after that they didn’t say anything to me. You were awesome, Louse!

Dolores and Claudia thank the Virgin of Guadalupe for the miracle that their parents accepted their relationship. Now they don’t have to hide and they’re happy.

Daughter, there is your mother, love her.

Thank God I found my daughter who ran away after she had found that I was going to divorce her father. I didn’t think about pain I caused to her. I thought it over and I’m very sorry. Now, when I found her living on the streets, I give thanks because I saved her from the vice of drugs. I swear to take care of her and to give her love and affection as she deserves. I realized that motherhood is a blessing but also a responsibility.

Cristoforo Buendia got furious because Lupe disregarded his wedding proposal. He shot Juana because she didn’t force Lupe to love him. Juana was wounded to death, but she swore to respect her daughter’s decision, even if she would be killed for it. Now Juana is out of danger. She offers this retablo to the Holy Face of God.

Concepcion Galindo gives thanks to Saint Paschal Baylon with this retablo because she passed the cooking test prepared by her mother-in-law. And now her marriage is more peaceful.

I offer this humble retablo to the Archangel Michael for working out the miracle that I was able to help my father with money to open his pottery workshop since it was his childhood dream.
