My husband thought we needed to add more variety to our love life. It was fun at first but then he got absolutely crazy ideas. He decided to jump in the bed from the wardrobe. It cost me many bruises, and I was afraid he would fell on the floor and break his head. I thank the Virgin of Guadalupe because few days later these novelties were forgotten and we were back to our usual routine, without extreme.

San Sebastian, I offer you this retablo, because Veronica moved to live with me. We will be thankful to you for our happiness, and now we can live without hiding our relationship.

My mother told me not to eat the offerings we put to my grandfather on the Day of the Dead because if I do eat he would come at night and grab my legs. I didn’t believe it and I secretly ate some pastry from the altar. That night I was woken by my grandfather’s spirit. He was very angry and scolded me. I prayed the Lord of the Wonders, and little by little the spirit disappeared. For that I promise not to be so naughty and gluttonous.

Catarino Pantoja was in a tavern when his beloved ones began fighting each other. They two ended up in the hospital, along with the baby. Catarino thanks the Merciful Lord with this retablo because all three have already come out of the hospital and he managed to get rid of them.

I thank the Holy Heart for such a great good deed. I was on a trip to the Skull island in the Pacific looking for new species. There we caught an incredible huge ape called King Kong. We took him to New York to show to the people but he escaped leaving deaths and destruction. He grabbed me, without hurting me, and took me with him to the top of the highest skyscraper in the city. He was shot down, and my life was saved.

My husband and I were going through a marriage crisis. We even went through family therapy but it didn’t work. I didn’t want to divorce him but I didn’t know what to do. I’m infinitely grateful to Saint Anthony of Padua because I got an idea to invite my husband to the Zipolite nudist beach for a week-end. It revived the flame of our love, and now we love each other as much as when we were newlyweds.

Thanks to you I could escape from my old lady who wanted to beat me. I just said that her food lacked salt, and she went mad. Thanks, Virgin of Guadalupe.

Immigrants who sank at the drift in Mediterranean sea searching for a better life. They ran from the terrible wars, injustice, discrimination and poverty in their countries, risking their life by facing their destiny—men, women and children. I thank the Christ of the Ocean for they were saved and taken to the coast of Italy, country that opened the doors of friendship and humanity receiving them with respect to the life, for a better world. Bless the path of all immigrants in the world.

I thank you, Virgin of Guadalupe, for the miracle of my life. The cosmos and your intervention made me unique, and I thank you for that.
