I thank the Virgin of San Juan because when my bus with the passengers fell of the cliff, it got stopped by a tree.

Thank you, Saint Jude Thaddeus, for your favors. What a wonderful man Carlitos! He forgave me after I had cheated on him with a friend of his. I swear I’d never cheat on him again. He really cares about me and loves me very much. He spoils me, baths me and cooks for me. What else can I ask for?

My daughters love to play flute in the henhouse, because they say it has a good acoustic. The chicken seem to be happier. I’m also happy because they lay more eggs and I have more money selling the eggs.

I was very tired when I came back home. I was going to take a bath. I noticed that my husband had already filled the tub. I thanked the Virgin of Guadalupe for his care and attention. I began to wash off my make-up and then I saw a giant octopus in the mirror. I turned over. There was an enormous horrible octopus in our tub. It turned out that my husband, who is an oceanologist, had put it there for studying. It gave me the shivers to think that I might have gotten in the tub with the octopus and it might have grabbed me with the tentacles. I almost fainted. I thank the Virgin for protecting me.

The shop owner S. R. came to her shop and found her daughter having sex with the manager. She thanks Saint Raymond because it was she who saw them and not someone else. Also she thanks for her daughter didn’t get pregnant.

Thank you, Virgin of the Solitude, for healing me from a painful illness that I caught from a client because I was very careless about protection. I prayed you and now I’m back to work as a prostitute at my corner.

I love to read poetry aloud, but my husband and my kids didn’t like it. I went to read under a tree. I noticed that the animals came to listen the sweetness and the power of the worlds I pronounced. I got an attentive audience of the animals and even the birds that surrounded me. I thank Saint Francis for this amazing miracle that makes me happy.

My buddy and I were coming back after the sowing. We took the short way, through the cemetery, and there the beheaded bride appeared to us. She scared us. We prayed to you, Virgin of the Solitude, so the bride would o away. And she disappeared. Thanks.

My husband studies the insects the arachnids. He brought work at home, and it was bothering me because some creatures escaped sometimes. But the worst thing was when my son opened a box with fleas. They dispersed about the house. We thank the Virgin of the Rosary for we managed to get rid of them all. I thank the Virgin because my husband doesn’t bring the bugs from the laboratory anymore.

One day I was cooking and I felt I was floating in the air. I managed to come down only some time later. I was afraid and prayed to Saint Paschal because I continued to fly every day. Finally the saint made me understand that it was caused by quesadillas with mushrooms that I loved so much and ate frequently. Obviously, they were hallucinogenic. Now, when I stopped eating them, everything is back to normal. I thank the Saint because it’s hard to cook while flying.

My sister and I had a walk and heard some meowing. We saw an ugly cat that fell of the cliff and couldn’t get up. I came down for him but couldn’t get up either. My sister tried to help us, but she hadn’t enough strength. We thank Saint Francis for giving additional strength to my sister and she saved us. Altus a cat was ugly he turned out to be very affectionate.

My old man Pancrasio used to drink in the bar with his friends. I was very desperate because he couldn’t stop and I had to pick him up and drag home so he wouldn’t drink anymore. I asked the Lord of the Wonders to help him to quit this bad habit. And with his help my old man amended his ways and started to work better.
