Thanks to the Virgin of Guadalupe, my Chayito celebrated her 15th birthday in the family circle. We had been afraid to not have enough money to celebrate it.

Our puppy is very naughty. One day he was trying to catch a butterfly, jumped from the window and fell from the second floor. We thank Saint Francis because he fell on señora Casilda and didn’t hurt himself. We dedicate this retablo for that miracle.

Foxes had been eating my turkeys. Then the Virgin of Zapopan gave an idea to my daughter to buy some geese. The geese attacked the foxes and drove them away. We thank the Holy Virgin because the foxes never came back.

I offer this ex-voto in gratitude for all the charges against me were dropped because of the statute of limitations, delivering me from big troubles and anxiety.

I needed money quickly, and my friend told me that I could earn it right away as a prostitute. I put a provocative dress on and stayed at the corner near the cemetery. But all the clients approaching me were very strange. They all were skeletons. I was so scared. I thank the Virgin of Guadalupe for I got a job in a store so I don’t need to prostitute anymore.

I thank the Virgin of Zapopan because my wife and I finally have a baby-boy. He take care of the family and inherit my estate when I’m gone.

Luis Ramirez, a boy, used to steal the oranges from the neighbor until one day he fell off the tree and broke his arm. He thanks the Lord of the Wonders for this lesson and promises to not steal anymore.

Saint Anthony of Padua, thank you for your help. I was asking for a lover and I found one. I met David who is a very handsome man with beautiful mustache. I was seating on a bench in the Alameda Central park eating an ice-cream and he sat by me. We started talking, and we chatted for two hours. So we became a couple.

My son Jose Luis befriended a martian boy, and I was very scared. I thank the Holy Spirit because when other martians took this boy with them on their ship, they didn’t take my son or anybody of our family and they didn’t hurt us.

We had an accident leaving Monterrey. Thanks to Saint Martin nothing really bad happened and everybody was saved and got out. In gratitude.
